		<description>As I said on the other blog, I am going to pull out my copy of The Artist&#039;s Way. When I last went through the book I really only adopted the morning pages. The Artist&#039;s date seemed a bit weird as I live alone and spend significant time on my own anyway.

I found morning pages to be a useful way to open my mind and thinking for the day!
